A Business Psychologist and organisational development consultant with over 10 years of international experience, Dirk's focus is on talent and leadership identification, assessment and development.
Dirk advises on how to best attract and develop talent and develop leadership potential using a range of off-the-shelf and bespoke solutions. His approach is shaped by best practice in his chosen area using psychometric testing and behavioural interviewing to understand developmental needs, and work with individuals to identify opportunities for personal and professional growth. He evaluates his proposed interventions for his public and corporate sector clients in line with their strategic business objectives, thus being able to present ROI.
Dirk has developed managers and leaders in the UK, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, his native Germany (in German) and the USA.
Until recently, Dirk was actively involved in shaping the professional development of psychologists of his professional body, the Division of Occupational Psychology in the UK. Dirk has trained globally in the UK, Germany, Luxembourg and the Middle East and has worked across a breadth of sectors including professional services, central government, large financial institutions, and industry.
