Stuart has over 25 years of experience managing a variety of projects and programmes which include: IT, business change, and construction projects.

Stuart managed high profile programmes for the UK Ministry of Defence, including planning and executing the relocation of 4500 HQ staff and their associated IT and communications services.

Stuart was a Head of Faculty at the UK Government's National School of Government where he was responsible for the design and delivery of project management training and consultancy across central government departments, including bespoke training for ministers and senior officials.

He was seconded to the UK Government Olympic Executive and was responsible for improving planning and coordination standards for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Stuart worked within the UK Home Office providing internal consultancy to a wide range of projects and programmes. During this time, he was a programme board member for two major change programmes.

Stuart's main areas of expertise are project planning and control, project leadership, project risk management, strategic planning, the management of change and consultancy.
